Throughout my career, I have worked in various positions, continually learning and accumulating experience while maintaining a deep sense of dedication. Looking ahead, I hope to continue applying my expertise at WDT to create greater value for the team and the company, growing together with the organization.

Arne Koose

I am a dedicated husband to my wonderful wife of over 35 years, and a proud father of five beautiful children, who have blessed us with eight grandchildren thus far. As a proud US Army veteran with a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Purdue University, I bring over 30 years of experience in engineering, application, and design within the bearing industry. My education was further enriched by pursuing master's level courses in business administration at the Wharton School of Business, enhancing my strategic and leadership skills.

Currently serving as the President for the North American and European companies, I focus on leadership and strategic direction. I am certified through the Bearing Specialist Association (BSA), where I acted as a technical consultant for the Educational Services Committee. I have conducted specialized training for industries such as the Rocky Mountain Ski Lift Association (RMLA) and Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA).

My professional contributions have included significant projects such as the rebuilding of the World Trade Center and the development of components used on a Mars Rover. Dedicated to excellence, I leverage my extensive technical and business expertise to drive success and innovation across our industry.
