This week, WD organized a Quality Control (QC) training session focused on inspection standards, defect identification, and quality improvement. The training also focused on key quality control processes such as surface defect detection of rolling elements, clearance measurement accuracy control, and noise testing analysis. By studying real-world cases, team members learned how to quickly identify quality deviations during production and utilize statistical analysis tools for optimization, ensuring that product quality meets the highest standards.
