More Than Business: A 20-Year Partnership That Became Friendship
Recently, we received a package from the Netherlands. Inside, there was a gift, a set of coasters, and a short handwritten note.
The sender was our long-term partner — Ammertech.

The reason was simple. They saw on LinkedIn that Vicky, one of WD's Key Account Managers, received our annual recognition.
Without any prior notice or business agenda, they quietly prepared and sent this to us.
In the note, they wrote: “Something to remember us by.”
That moment truly touched us.
Because it was no longer just an interaction between a customer and a supplier, but something closer to a friendship built over many years.
It also reminded us of where it all started —back in 2005, when we first met at PTC Asia in Shanghai.
At that time, WD was still a young company, but with a clear belief: to keep improving product quality, and to care about the people behind the business.
Over the past 20 years, what began as cooperation has grown into trust — and then into friendship.
As they once wrote to us on our 25th anniversary:
“During the 20 year experience, close cooperations, growing to friendships it was a real pleasure doing business.”
This is what “Customer First” truly means to us —not just a value we talk about, but something that is felt, remembered, and returned.
Because in the end, the strongest partnerships are not built on transactions, but on people.
